Customer service is a major concern for me. How quickly do HMO representatives handle issues at hospitals? Are there long wait times to get authorization for treatment? Does the HMO have a user-friendly app? How easy is it to switch hospitals within the HMO network if needed? How comprehensive is the HMO's coverage for prescription drugs? I'd like to hear your recommendations |

I will recommend AmanHMO. They have a very robust Package and switching hospital that are within your package is stress-free. They have excellent customer service who go out of their way to ensure you don't get delayed at the hospital. There after treatment follow up is exceptionally unique. So I will recommend them |
