This is a 5 story building to be used as offices not residential, the building was rushed it's not up to 6 months this building was started, I don't think it's substandard material or not enough material, the problem is with the engineer handling the building and the shallow foundation he did. There are so many 5 story buildings in Onitsha and they have never collapsed.
