Peacecore: The Chairmen are going on Monday. So you too rest. No matter how the case goes, this is Naija, the governor will activate plan B. For now, and ever Fubara and the good people of Rivers will always win. Na people like you talk earlier that Fubara will be impeached, bla bla bla. There is also another case of their defection hanging. 1 Like |

The way the OP romance the topic, one would think it's a Virgin issue. The hymen got broken at the first Court order , raped by second injuction. The orgy is scheduled to take place on the 20th June and I believe from now till then is the ovulation period. Batified can start masturbating vanitybutiwanti: |

Frankiss44:using Obaseki as an example means u are really not into political games.Obaseki tried it and succeeded because some APC top guys(govs inclusive) wanted to bring down Oshomole because of the influence he got. Fubara will only win this battle if Tinubu want him to or if he decamps to APC (wc is unlikely) |

Mosesvic11:What is obvious u are friendly with weed and I will leave u to ur option. It is obvious fubara lack that popularity and only way he can prove us wrong is to conduct an election let's see how the PDP state apparatus will work against him. He knows better than you do reason he is scared of election |

phantom: The answer to your question is a big YES! I refer you to Section 272(3) of the CFRN 1999 as amended. If you have a hard copy of the Constitution and you can't find it, go to Section 28 of the First Alteration Act at the back of the Constitution. The said provision states thus: "Subject to the provisions of Section 251 and other provisions of the Constitution, the Frderal High Court shall have jurisdiction to hear and determine the question to whether the term of office of a member of the House of Assembly of a State, a Governor or Deputy Governor has ceased or become vacant."

ozo13: Fubara won't be the first governor to have issues with law makers.. Which apc top guys wanted to bring oshiomole down?? Someone that had the backing of buhari then.. Even if those law makers finally get the favorable judgment they want, they won't be having any legislative sitting anywhere close to the house of assembly.. Decamp or no Decamp the last thing that will happen is impeaching of the governor... The first victory of sending the chairmen to where they belong has already been achieved.. The next is these law makers that have refused to use their head.. |

senatordave1: Obaseki did it... If you feel Wike will win this then u don't know politics... The governor of rivers state is too big to be impeached and any sitting president that doesn't exercise caution with the state then obviously want serious problem in his hands.. We don't play amala politics down here in south south.. The godfatherism that Wike tried to build died few months after he left office and it stays dead.. |
Re: Pro-Wike Vs Fubara Lawmakers: Appeal Court Orders Parties To Maintain Status Quo by senatordave1(m): 11:26pm On Jun 14 |
Frankiss44: Obaseki did it towards reelection not immediately after entering office sir.if you want to fight godfather, play along, study his strengths and weaknesses, divide his loyallists, consolidate power, perform and strike.only an ungrateful fellow fights instantly |
