I am from a western country and I would like to start a business here while I am in Nigeria. I am only on a tourist visa and don't work in Nigeria. Is it possible for me to still obtain a CERPAC card? Or were I can get one?

Ministry of Interior would definitely get you registered but have in mind it's a long process. If you are really interested do get in touch .
