I went to buy egg this morning and I discovered that one egg is now #200. I thought the woman child was mistaken so I waited for the mother and she told me the same thing.

I went to three other shops.. All were selling for #200

I wonder why anyone who has lived in Nigeria for the past year will still vote for Tinubu in 2027.. If u still support this administration then there is something seriously wrong with you.

Wait, when the minimum wage is #250k, one egg will be worth #400

We are still the ones who will complain.

The woman I do buy from told me yesterday she doesn't have because the price is just too much, from 150 to 200 in just a couple of days lipsrsealed

We can't eat fish, meat, chicken and turkey without breaking the bank now the egg we are managing is getting out of reach too.

If we talk too much now the dead brains in support of their oppressors will tell us to go into poultry business just because we want to eat egg grin

I spend 9k daily feeding myself alone..that's 270k a month.. I shudder to check what my family of 9 consumes monthly. Refreshments and utility bills never add o.

And you are telling sb u will pay him 50k a month with all these inflations .. a family man o

It's unfathomable!

The best move is to find solutions to these price hike. Crash this inflation. Afterall minimum wage was 18k some years ago and bag of rice 4500

Too bad!
₦100 will become worthless like ₦10 before the end of this year.

The problem is price of feed, cost of transportation etc. Don't forget this, if you have a small poultry, any small bird flu will wipe out your investment in a day

We are still the ones who will complain.

So Tinubu should reduce minimum wage to 5,000 naira so that one egg will be sold cheaper at 20 naira according to your babablu mentality.

This same things are affecting the things we buy on daily basis with increased costs.

I deliberately said noiler birds coz dis point u made would have blasted me in the face if is layers.

Noiler birds will survive different conditions. Home left over food is delicacy for them. They dont require specialised feeds to lay eggs.

People have 2, 3, 4 or more in their backyard walking freely in their compound (thats why i say if space is not a problem). I gave my neighbor this advise and she bought 3 week old noiler, 4 in numbers (more female, less male) in few month times, na egg dem dey collect daily. B4 u knw a crate is complete. Imagine having 12 of them (12 eggs daily). If u can afford feeds, why not it will boost them, of you can't, dont just throw ir left over food away. (and yes even very poor homes have left overs - in e don almost spoil, or uneatable so to say

Same thing I told my colleague.

Ones the minimum wage is increased and approved. Nigerians will be shocked when business and market men and women will start increasing prices of goods and services

Sometimes I think Nigerians are greedy and wicked to ourselves.

The government should look into price control

The government are actually clueless on how to curb inflation that's why NLC feels they can't afford to lose both ways;it's either government government bring up a favorable policy that will bring down cost of living or increase their salary. Cost of living is out of the roof
