Good day everyone,I use samsung phone recently if am charging my phone it will be discharging,but if I off it and plug it will charge normal, I use original samsung charger and cord for it what could cause such thing to happen am expecting your reply.

Just change your cord and by another good one. Simple

My wife got same issue. By greeting a complete charger it's now working well.

I had similar issue weeks back. I tried different chargers but no difference. The phone repairer told me to change the downboard. It's been perfect since then.
