Role Summary:

Maximize company sales by setting and pushing realistic expectations to grow revenue.

Key Performance Indicators:

Number of deals closed with active support.

Number of product training sessions for team members.

Number of presentation/negotiation skills training sessions.

Number of agents hired and their sales performance.

Conversion rate of leads to actual sales.

Implementation of effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales plans to boost company revenue.

Drive team activities to meet sales targets.

Coordinate product sales, development, and new product launches.

Scout for prospects, assign salespersons, and develop marketing plans.

Train, manage, and advise salespeople.

Collaborate with HR on recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.

Conduct market research and analyze sales data.

Provide after-sales support and organize sales strategy meetings.

People Management:

Manage the sales team, recruit talent, and provide training to enhance productivity and profitability.

Relationship Management:

Collaborate with other departments to improve overall sales.

Self-Management:

Thrive in a collaborative environment with strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.

Pursue personal development through seminars, workshops, and online training.

Completed NYSC.

Certification in Sales or Business Administration is an advantage.

Over 9 years of sales experience with a proven track record. Previous experience in Insurance sales, luxurious car sales, High-end Luxury and having sold to high portfolio clients and having access to high portfolio clients is PREFERRED.
