EID-KABIR- HON JOHN URAH IKANI FECILITATES WITH MUSLIM FAITHFULS.

On the occasion of Eid-al-Kabir, also known as Eid-al-Adha, Hon John Urah Ikani, the Caretaker Chairman Dekina LG, extends warm greetings to the Muslim Ummah in Dekina LG and beyond.

In his message, he felicitates with Muslims on this joyous occasion, which commemorates the willingness of Prophet Ibrahim (Abraham) to sacrifice his son in obedience to Allah's command. He urges Muslims to emulate the virtues of sacrifice, obedience, and compassion, and to continue living in peace and harmony with one another.

He used the opportunity to appreciate his Boss H.E Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo The Executive Governor of Kogi for giving this huge privilege to serve and Urge the Good people of Dekina LG to continue to support the Government of H E Alhaji Ahmed Usman as the Government is ready to bring Quality Governance to the people from the state to the Local Governments.

Hon John Urah advised the youths and Elder in Dekina LG to Love one another, he also cautioned them to stay out of trouble before, during and after the Sallah Celebration as the Security Agencies in Dekina LG are fully on ground to maintain laws and orders.
