He should work the the Legislators to cut wastages in Executive and Legislative arms of Government.
He should encourage the Governors to do same at State level.

Use the money saved to kick start projects in Agriculture, IT sphere and other areas that will create jobs for the youths.

In an excruciating economy like Nigeria where everything about our economy is dependent on oil and exchange rate of naira to dollar cum indiscipline of our people. The government should have strive to revamp the moribund refineries , this will naturally wiped away the landing and lifting costs of the oil. I don't know why it is very difficult for successive government to revamp our moribund refineries but always playing lip service on them. It they don't derive any benefit from the non-functioning of the refineries, they should by now revamp them.
Let me remind you that Buhari was one of the people that doesn't believe government was truly paying subsidy, he called it fraudulent act, until he won election in 2015 and start paying the same subsidy and even paid more in trillion.
Why didn't Buhari that doesn't believe in subsidy regime before becoming president kept paying same subsidy till he left office? Because he knew the adverse effects of what that will cause. Tinubu never weigh the pros and cons of subsidy removal before removing it and also floating naira same time. Two issues that are critical in the economy survival of Nigeria, he dabbled into it and that has caused attendance ache to the nation's citizens.
