General Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the station's objectives, including audience growth, revenue targets, and brand positioning.
Programming Oversight: Work closely with the programming department to develop and execute compelling content strategies that resonate with the station's target audience. Monitor audience feedback and ratings to make informed programming decisions.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in broadcasting, communications, business administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience in radio broadcasting, with a minimum of 10 years in a management or leadership role.

Marketing Managers

Job Description
Development, implementation and management of overall marketing strategies to continuously increase the company's market share and profitability.
Establish and maintain cordial relationships with media buying Agencies and Direct Clients.

Required Qualifications
A first degree in Marketing, Mass Communication or Social Sciences or related discipline from a reputable Institution.
Working Experience in a Media Agency or in a Broadcasting Organization (Radio/TV) would also be an added advantage.
Minimum of 10 years post-graduation experience, at least 5 of which should be in a Senior Management position of a Radio Broadcasting Station or Media Agencies.

Senior Pidgin Presenter

Job Description
The Senior Pidgin Presenter will be responsible for hosting and producing engaging radio shows in Pidgin English.



Key Responsibilities:
On-Air Presentation: Host live and pre-recorded radio shows, ensuring content is engaging, relevant, and delivered in fluent Pidgin English.
Content Creation: Develop original content, including interviews, news stories, and entertainment segments tailored to the Pidgin-speaking audience.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 8-12 years of experience as a radio presenter, with a strong portfolio of work in Pidgin English.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in Pidgin English is essential; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.

Internal Auditor/Senior Accountant

Key Responsibilities:
Internal Audit/Senior Accountant:
Audit Planning and Execution: Develop and implement audit plans, conduct internal audits to assess financial and operational controls, and ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
Risk Assessment: Identify areas of financial risk within the company, recommend corrective actions, and follow up on the implementation of audit recommendations.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certifications such as ACA, CIA (Certified Internal Auditor), or CMA (Certified Management Accountant) are highly desirable.
Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in accounting and internal auditing, preferably in a corporate environment.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, SAGE, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills. Knowledge of data analytics tools is an advantage.

Human Resource Manager
Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
Administer and maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification is a plus.
Proven experience as an HR/Admin Manager or in a similar role, handling a wide range of HR and administrative tasks.
