Yam and oil na standard for any village setting. The hot sun consumes calories coupled with menial labour. Next time, consume loi loi. The energy unlocked during digestion will fuel you for a full farm day.

Even if I rich like Dangote, I no go play with roasted Yam and palm-oil. Just blend small Atarodo 🌶 and slices onion inside.
