The post was initially shared by a man identified as @47kasz on X, formerly Twitter, who alleged that the man who got hit by the car had hijacked a lady’s phone.

His statement: “I saw a video of a thief who hijacked a girl’s phone, but while trying to run, he got hit by a car, and I don’t think he survived it.”

He attached a video to the post to support his claim.

The video shows the tragic moment when the alleged phone hijacker was hit by a speeding vehicle shortly after the hijacking occurred.

It is, however, unconfirmed if he survived the impact.
