The prestigious Ojude Oba festival is underway in Ijebu Ode, Ogun State, drawing individuals from around the world. Held annually after Eid-al-Adha, this event pays tribute to the Awujale of Ijebuland, Oba Sikiru Adetona.
The festival features a stunning display of colourful attire by various age groups, known as ‘regberegbe’, alongside horse-riding competitions and an array of rich cultural performances.

I'm so proud to be a Yoruba, I swear. Class, elegance, growth, success, grit, social, hospitality, and strength are what our story represent. Beauty, humanity and fervour are what define us. Big ups to you, if you're a Yoruba. You're the only of your kind. Keep marching.

Thing is I'm surprised how some Yoruba allow some things other people says get to them, unrealizing they're and have always had potentials to be bigger.
