Exactly . You are right. I lost over 15 million this year. That's why I know anyone can go back to poverty. Same happen to someone I know. He used to be , the moment he mad 11 million, the money finishes in within 3 months. Someone I know finished 20 million in 4 months and they are all form poor family

Spending $50m on private houses is not a good investment who in Ghana is bouyant enough to buy his old houses and will not build his own.

I lost 10 million in on day. The moment u loose 1 million n u are trying to recover the rest u might end up losing 100 million. Funny enough it was virtual. Last 2 years I don't have up to 1 million in an account. I stopped betting last two years only for me to start last week

This is what they do.

Let me educate u guys,most of these guys are smarter than u guys,that is why investment matters are not for the poor.

Now,u know most of these guys have heavy mansions that can't bought by ordinary citizens and their politicians,after retirements,they just realised that these properties are useless to them for habitation because of maintainance cost.

What do they usually do is,they will now go to banks to seek for loans and they will deliberately defaults so that the banks can auctions these properties by themselves and credit them the remaining balance.

That is because these properties are in the categories of special properties and can not be easily sold.

That is a business sense and not as if they are broke.

For such mansions to sale the bank will undervalue d properties,I doubt if they is any morgage firm in Ghana to build $30m mansions.

Motivational investment gurus told him he could cash out in two days if he took such loans from bank and invested something big. E don backfire nau. Investment experts don run leave am for street.

My advice to new business entrants: Invest what you own. Don't go about borrowing to do big things. It will blow up in your face.
