**Job Overview:**

As the Accountant at QuickMenu, you will be responsible for managing our financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards, and providing insights that drive our business decisions. You will play a key role in maintaining the financial health of the company, overseeing bookkeeping, tax payments, and financial reporting.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Financial Management:** Maintain and update financial records, including tracking income and expenses.
- **Bookkeeping:** Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately in our accounting systems.
- **Tax Compliance:** Manage tax preparation, filing, and payments, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- **Financial Reporting:** Prepare and analyze financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- **Budgeting:** Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities, providing financial insights to support decision-making.
- **Audit Coordination:** Coordinate and support internal and external audits.
- **Accounts Management:** Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- **Process Improvement:** Identify and implement improvements in financial processes and systems.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounting role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
