Job title: Human Resource Analyst

Responsibilities:
1. Conduct orientation and onboarding programs for new employees.
2. Manage outsourced staff and maintain client relationships with all parties involved.
3. Maintaining and updating outsourced employees’ details.
4. Manage end-to-end recruitment.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with a minimum of second-class upper (2.1)
2. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. HR certification is an added advantage (CIPM, HRCI).
4. 1 to 2 years relevant HR experience (consulting experience is an added advantage)
