2024/2025 Admission for College of Nursing Sciences National Orthopaedic Hospital Enugu: The general public is hereby informed that applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the College of Nursing Sciences, National Orthopaedic Hospital, Enugu, for the following programmes:

Basic Nursing
Basic Midwifery
Post Basic Nursing (Orthopaedic/Burns & Plastic)
Admission Requirements

Age: Candidates must be 16 years and above at the time of application.
O’ Level Requirements: Candidates must have O’ Level Credit passes in English, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics from WAEC, NECO, GCE (not more than two sittings), or at one sitting from NABTEB.

Additional Documents:
Birth Certificate/Declaration of Age (Not Baptismal Card)
Testimonial from the last school attended
Marriage Certificate (if married)
Two (2) recent passport photographs
Mode of Identification (NIN, PVC, Driver’s License, International Passport)
Basic Nursing Certificate/Licenses (for Post Basic Nursing applicants only)
Original and photocopies of all relevant documents (to be presented during the interview)

How to Apply
Payment:
Pay the sum of ₦22,500 (cost of admission form and examination fee) via Remita in favor of National Orthopaedic Hospital, Enugu.
To generate Remita:
Visit Remita
Select “Pay a Biller”
Type “National Orthopaedic Hospital Enugu” under “Who to Pay”
Select “POS Collections” under “Service/Purpose”
Complete the form and click submit
Use any Remita channel to pay (approach ICT staff at the ICT Lab for assistance if needed)
Confirmation and Application Form:
Proceed to the office of the Registrar to confirm your payment via Remita.
Change your confirmed Remita receipt to NOHE receipt.
Collect your application form.
Data Processing:
Take your filled form to the ICT Lab for data processing of your application.
