Politics and tribalism apart. Among the charges against Emefile is forgery of Buhari signature to move out some billions of dollars as welfare for Foreign elections observers. Buhari denied that he knows nothing about that, then Boss Mustapha openly said it too that he didn't know anything like that and infact nothing like giving money to foreign elections observers occured.

Then, the printing of money. He spent more than 100% of value of Naira to print about 15% of these useless money you guys are spending now.

He also opened up fictitious companies to act as BDC to siphon dollars out of the CBN while also collaborating with Mallams, Tunde Sabitiu( Buhari Cousin) and other cabals in aso rock. He was just on a dollar dash spree to everybody around Buhari or closer to Buhari....even Aisha Buhari got her largesse in full.

Emefile did more than damage to the economy. He was the agriculture minister cos he was giving money to agree sector directly without passing through the agric minister. He was giving money to defence, sports, health during covid 19, education, infacts he was into everything and sadly no accountability.

Buhari was instrumental to all these actions by Emefile but he was stupid enough for not having a directive in Black and White to show that the president sent him.

Emefile got bloated and got carried away because of Buhari foolishness and illiteracy. Buhari lacked the ability to understand a simple economic terms brought to him, all he knows how to do is to sign out everything.

Emefile is a thief but shouldn't be punished alone. Buhari, Malami, Tunde Sabitiu, Aisha Buhari, Vice President under Buhari and most of the Ministers and permanent secretaries and the Head of Service under Buhari are all thieves. Court approves withdrawal of ‘illegal possession of firearm’ charge against Emefiele

A federal high court in Lagos has approved the withdrawal of the illegal possession of firearm charge filed against Godwin Emefiele, suspended governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN).

On July 25, Emefiele was arraigned on a two-count charge bordering on “illegal possession” of firearms and was granted bail in the sum of N20 million.

Nicholas Oweibo, the judge, had ordered that Emefiele be kept in the custody of the Nigeria Correctional Service (NCoS) pending the fulfilment of his bail conditions.

But the DSS insisted that Emefiele must return to its custody — a development that led to the face-off between the secret police and prison officials.

After the face-off, DSS rearrested Emefiele on the court premises.

On August 3, the federal government filed an application seeking leave to appeal against the order granting bail to Emefiele.

However, on August 15, the federal government made an oral application to withdraw the charge of “illegal possession of firearms” against Emefiele.
