● Research current market trends and customer preferences in the real estate industry.
● Developing and executing sales strategies aligned with business objectives and property listings.
● Creating and managing original text and visual content to showcase properties, and engaging with
potential buyers and sellers.
● Maintaining a consistent company image to meet sales goals and enhance property listings.
● Establishing specific sales targets and providing reports on performance and achievements.
● Generating, editing, and sharing compelling property listings daily across various platforms.
● Monitoring market conditions and property metrics to inform sales strategies.
● Collaborating with other teams, such as marketing, property management, and finance, to ensure
consistency in branding and messaging.
● Engaging with potential clients, addressing inquiries promptly, and managing client relationships.
● Driving property inquiries and sales through effectively implementing sales strategies and
meeting sales targets.
● Overseeing the design of property listings and marketing materials.
● Proposing and implementing new features to enhance property visibility and attract buyers and
sellers.


Salary: 300,000 gross
