Re: Comandclem Registered Patentees Assembly by Nobody: 8:31am On Oct 29, 2013 |
Obviously, our corrupt judges are doing everything possible to frustrate the case like they have been doing. We shldnt bother. Let them go ahead and collect all the bribes they can ever collect from mobil, but it shall be known to them that if mobil fails to pay for patent infridgement etc, then thier blood shall surely pay for it. Already they are not uninformed abt what is happening in the country. If after kinapping and perhaps kill one of the corrupt judges, then this will help put others on right track. We have had enough of this rubbish from judicial system. Why the delay? Our destiny is now left for us to take in our hands. Talk abt kidnapping a judge to use in teaching others a lesson, we all know it's not a big deal once the right folks are consulted. Our destiny is left for us to take in our hands. I've said my peace. Judges are there to frustrate the case. Shall we allow that to happen? How abt facing the whitemen in this fraud one-on-one? Our destiny is left in our hands!!! |

We need to appreciate God for the uncanny favour afforded us that our prayer for accelerated hearing was granted. The favour is in the similitude of the one received by Esther the queen when she was permitted to enter the palace to see the king when it was not the right time for her to do so. Because she and her people fasted and prayed for three days she was favoured to see the king. Comandclem versus Mobil’s case of 2011 will now be heard before those of 2008, 2009 and 2010 as a result of divine favour. May 14, 2014 is around the corner and instead of murmuring we should be thanking God because if it was not granted we may be talking of two years or more. Having waited for these years, shouldn’t we patiently wait for a few months ahead when we will breathe the sigh of relief that the lingering case has eventually come to an end? It means the road is now closed for Mobil as manipulation and employment of tricks to further prolong the case is forever blocked. Let us continue to pray to God until our joy is full. God bless you all. 1 Like |

The SaharaReporters on Tuesday November 12, 2013 captured the EFCC investigation of five judges for corruption in Nigeria. This revelation is a corroboration of our former treatise. In the deep recess of the bosom of most of our judges is this cesspool that has almost made the judiciary a cesspit. This has definitely been a cog in the wheels of justice within the corridor of our judiciary. We have reiterated the need to bring Gladys Olotu to book; SaharaReporters has brought our agitation to bear which is a confirmation that it is far from prejudice. If the rumor of kick-back of $100m collected by Olotu from Mobil aimed at obliterating Comandclem versus Mobil’s case is true, it means the monthly worth of Olotu for the next 70 years will be over =N=17m. What a ridiculous embodiment of greed, selfishness, inordinate desire etc. The current kidnapping, Boko Haram saga, youths’ unemployment etc are the aftermath of this unfortunate evil character. Olotu through her corrupt nature departed from the path of rectitude in 2008 when she perverted judgment between Comandclem and Mobil forgetting that many days belong to the thief but one day is the owner’s. If Olotu had allowed the law to take its course Nigeria would have been better of today because the billions of Dollars emanating from the royalties of Anti-corrosive special paint invention were meant to be plowed back into the nation’s economy. Unfortunately she intercepted that opportunity by her inordinate desire to amass wealth. If Gladys Olotu’s worth in cash is N2b one can imagine her sumptuous worth altogether with the several accounts in Guaranty Trust Bank, Access Bank, First Bank (United Kingdom), as well as significant stock in various companies. She is also reported to own several properties in Abuja, Lagos and Benin. This equally confirms the possibility of exchange of $100m between her and Mobil. Even if Ozekhome her brother threw the bait she could have equally snubbed it but because to the hungry soul who is not temperate even a poison is food. I see Olotu as a desperado who fits in to that statement “What a man can do a woman can do better.” She must be working towards breaking the record of Ibori. There is nevertheless an obvious fear of a kangaroo investigation on the part of EFCC. Larmode may not have the moral strength to prosecute the woman to a logical conclusion. I have not succeeded in identifying any converse character between the two of them. It is like giving newly hatched chickens to another hen it will cover them with its feathers and nurture them to maturity. If you allow the tiger to haunt the antelope it will surely end up in the tiger’s belly. If you asked a sheep to chase a sheep you have obviously brought two friends together and the resultant effect will be in a banquet. I see a toothless barking dog in the person of the chairman of our nation’s crime fighting institution. Is it not the same EFCC that was brought into the picture of the fraudulent act of Mobil by Prof. CJA Uwemedimo who eventually became a victim in the hands of EFCC? Did they not connive with Mobil to arrest the innocent octogenarian and put him in their cell for more than 40 days? EFCC’s investigation of Olotu is like giving your child who is pick pocketing to a high way robber to help you stop him from stealing. The setback and injustice suffered by Comandclem in the hands of Mobil is ascribed to the compromising act of majority of our judges. The unfortunate menace of corruption is reminiscent of ambivalent Ibrahim Babangida with its ironic legality, its servile imitation by a larger percentage of the Nigerian populace is attributed to the present chronic social vice ailing our country in all ramifications. Pressure should be mounted on Larmode to ensure a logical prosecution of the suspected five judges, Olotu in particular. Their offence is a criminal one punishable under the law and they should be made to spend many years behind the bars. Their retention in the society is like allowing epidemic disease which will make almost everybody a victim. Conclusively, our audacious CJN cannot but have a dose of encomium as the laudable personality of the hour. You are nonetheless living to your billing, you have never been flippant in your promises. It is our continuous prayer that you will spend your days in peace and see your children together with those who have joined hands together with you to wrest our nation from this ludicrous condition. God bless you all. 1 Like |

“INJUSTICE” GLADYS OLOTU AND IBRAHIM LAMORDE: PARTNERS IN CRIME AND THE MACHINATIONS OF THE PUPPETEERS Even if the heavens fall, Justice must prevail. If there were ever a time to stand and fight, now is the moment. When the puppets dance, we don’t see the strings and the pullers of the strings are not seen either. Washed ashore is the secret of the deep and here we are, crying for Justice. There is nothing she can do to ever undo the injustice meted out to law abiding and innocent citizens of Nigeria since she became a judge. ‘’Injustice’’ Gladys Olotu, the present Judge of the Federal High Court, Abuja is an emblem of corruption. She is the Chief Auctioneer of Judgment, lazy and ignorant. So how do we solve a problem like “Injustice” Gladys Olotu? It is still fresh in our minds how Comandclem Nig. Ltd was at the receiving end of Mrs Olotus Injustice. It all began when David stood up to Goliath. On 2nd May, 2000, Comandclem Nig Ltd dragged Mobil Producing Nig. Unlimited to court for non-payment of royalties and breach of contract. It was a case of the thief (infringer) and the owner (Inventor). Therefore, the presiding Judges dispensed judgment uprightly. At interlocutory judgements, Mobil the thief had no cause to smile. Infringement of Intellectual Property Right is Criminal! So Mobil must face the music and pay dully and dearly! However, Mobil the puppeteer and “Injustice” Gladys Olotu, Ibrahim Lamorde, the Chairman of EFCC and the Nigerian Police, being the puppets machinated and orchestrated the slaughtering and murder of Justice. After the neck breaking interlocutory judgment of Hon. Justice D.A. Adeniji, Hon. Justice Chukwuma Eneh JCA (as he then was), Hon. Justice S.A. Akintan JSC, in the Federal High Court, May 2002, Appeal court in July, 2005 and Supreme Court in May 30th, 2006 respectively, Mobil Producing Nig. Unlimited influenced the promotion of Justice D.A. Adeniji J. from the Federal High Court to the Appeal Court and hired a seasoned Killer/murderer of Justice to fill the seat. He who pays the piper dictates the tune, in continuation of the case at the trial court, “Injustice” Gladys Olotu had to dance to the tune and respond to the strings of the puppeteer by upturning the decision of superior courts. When an appellate court reviews an interlocutory order, its decision on the matters contained in the order is final. However unfortunately, Justice Gladys Olotu entertained a finally settled judgment and decision of a superior court and also turned it over, doing the bidding of her pay master. She understood a Patent Right to be Patient Medicine Store. How on earth should a learned judge be so ignorant? Either she feigned ignorance or really ignorant is not for me to decide. She completely upturned the interlocutory judgment by stating that her superior judges were ignorant of law. She claimed that the Superior Justices judgments were held in error. i.e. per in curiam. What an insult! It is no more news that “Injustice” Gladys Olotu is a chief auctioneer of Judgment. Her numerous bank accounts in different banks both home and abroad are testaments. Besides uncountable assets home and abroad, she has over two billion naira in cash (N2,000,000,000.00). Of course she will have a lame explanation for the ill gotten wealth and her partner in crime, Ibrahim Lamorde of the EFCC will cut her loose. However, it baffles me that despite the glaring and overwhelming evidence of Gladys Olotu’s ill gotten wealth at the expense of Nigerians innocence, she is yet to be charged to court and she is still a judge at the Federal High Court, Abuja. Ibrahim Lamorde, has been dilly-dallying instead of approving the commencement of her prosecution. Nigerians rights have been sold many times, innocent people languish in jail, while the filthy walks the streets head high, and many people have been rendered hopeless because the common man now believes he cannot get justice in Nigeria. All thanks to corrupt and bad eggs such as “Injustice” Gladys Olotu. Comandclem Nig. Ltd has endured more than a decade of “Injustice” hatched in year 2007. Now at the Supreme Court, a speedy judgment, unreserved benefits and compensation for Comandclem Nig. Ltd is the only way to right the wrongs and heal the wounds inflicted on Nigerians by “Injustice” Gladys Olotu. The incorruptible leadership of Justice Mariam Aloma Muhktar must rise up to the occasion and put a final end to judgment auctioning, evil machinations of the puppeteers and Injustice in the Judiciary. If there is any frontline nationalist of our time, King CJA Uwemedimoh best suits that tag. The reasons for being a frontline nationalist are not far-fetched. It is on record that King Uwemedimoh in every sense of the word demonstrated patriotism and nationalism back in 2001 by rejecting $1b (one billion dollars) offered by Mobil to buy the invention from him. If he had collected that money, some of us may not know him and Comandclem as statutory inventors of anti-corrosive paint. His refusal was hinged on the premise of bettering his nation and her citizens lot by allowing them to buy into his invention thereby making them co- patentees. The attendant benefits of this invention to the most populous black nation will only but help in redressing the economic imbalance which up till now remains on the ratio of the rich getting richer while the poor is languishing in poverty. The likes of Justice Gladys Olotu will jump at the opportunity of collecting $1b (one billion dollars) for her selfish interest but the likes of King CJA Uwemedimo will think his nation first as a patriotic citizen who is the unsung hero of anti- corrosion. Justice Olotu‘s culpability is demonstrated in her judgment where she submitted that Comandclem tendered sixty five (65) documentary evidences and not seventy two (72). Her partner in the partnership Mobil, DID NOT tender one document but in her ‘wisdom‘ she gave judgment in her accomplice‘s favour. One wonders which evidence she relied on to deny the world acclaimed inventor, her kinsman, King Uwemedimoh his accrued royalties. The documents she relied on were the dollars offered her by Mark R. Ward and Mobil but nemesis has caught up with her. The money she has being making from her illicit judgments had swollen her head and that was why even as an inferior judge, she can declare the judgment of a superior judge and court “per incuriam“ when in actual fact such judgment is “ratio deci dendi“. On 28/11/13, it will be five years anniversary of her infamous judgment. She must pay for her sin. 1 Like |

COUNT-DOWN TO MAY 5, 2014. From October 30, 2013 to December 4, 2013 thirty five (35) days gone. From December 5, 2013 to May 5, 2014 one hundred and fifty one days (151) to go. Gradually, we are getting there. Nobody believed that July 10, 2012 would come. When it came, Mobil suffered from date blindness. Nobody believed that January 29, 2013 would come. When it came, the Supreme Court errorneously appointed Justice Kumai Bayang Akaahs to adjudicate. Nobody believed that April 8, 2013 would come. When it came, Mobil could not respond to the response filed by Comandclem Lawyer because all escape routes have been blocked using long fence and electric wire gust. Like 35 days have gone, so will May 5, 2014 come. There is no peace for the wicked. May 5, 2014 cannot be like July 10, 2012 because any attempt by Mobil, Ozekhome and Udom Udom to claim ignorance of the date will be met with sledge hammer. Therefore, patentees and well wishers of Comandclem do not think that the date is too far because it is biblical that one thousand years are like a day in the sight of God. Rejoice and be glad for your miracle is on the way. Congratulations! |
