Bayero is wasting his time. 1. Sanusi will appeal. 2. A Federal high court cannot overide a state High court an assume jurisdiction on a chieftIncy matter. 4. Even if Bayero comes back, Kano governor will still depose him. Will rhe court say a governor shouldn't depose an Emir. This matter is far from over. It's just like dragging your employer to court then you still work there!

He has no right to approach law court to seek for redress ?

Does a court have the power to stop the state house of assembly from performing its core constitutional duty, which is lawmaking? Except a law violates a section of the constitution (which is not the case in Kano state), can the court stop its implementation? The Kano state house of assembly made the law same they repealed, so what is the fuss about? Does the FHC even have the jurisdiction to dabble into chieftaincy affairs, which is a matter left exclusively to the state governments by the constitution?
