2) If you get fruit trees for your compound, save plenty of the seeds! Coconut, mango, sour sup, pawpaw, moringa, guava and so on. Save the seeds! Because almose everything for the world naim dem go use GMO destroy. Na "Noah" time we dey so.

3) When you buy food for market, no trust am totally--remember sey na pipo wey dey ki us like chicken dey supply am! Therefore, na to troway chopchop life o! No more FFO! If na one whole plate of food you dey chop AT ONCE, cut am down to maybe 1/3 if not even 1/4 of a plate at once. Find way reduce how much u dey chop at once--make you give your body space to fight anytin wey the GMO dey do
