Extraordinary Return: Mallama Hawawu Comes Back Home 3 Years After Burial.

In a stunning turn of events that has left Sanchitagi and Kpadaragi communities both astounded and hopeful, Mallama Hawawu, a native of sanchitagi village who was married to Usman Musa from Kpandaragi Village in Tsaragi district of kwara State, made a miraculous return home after being pronounced dead and laid to rest following a prolonged illness. Her unexpected emergence back into the realm of the living today 19/06/2024 has sparked intrigue and bewilderment amongst residents.

Despite the solemn burial rites conducted in accordance with Islamic traditions on 3rd April 2021, her reappearance has stirred a mixture of emotions ranging from disbelief to jubilation. The perplexing incident has stirred up conversations within the Nupe community, with many pondering the mystical circumstances surrounding her uncanny return.

Prior to her sudden departure, she had been blessed with a son. However, her startling resurgence has ignited a glimmer of hope and wonder among those who thought they had bid farewell to her forever.

In the traditions of the Nupe people, the possibility of the deceased returning to the land of the living is a belief deeply rooted in cultural lore. It is held that under specific conditions, individuals who pass away from causes deemed unnatural, whether through spiritual or traditional magical means, possess the potential to defy death after turning to ghost and return to life.

As she settles back into the embrace of her village, the community watches with bated breath, uncertain of the road that lies ahead for this extraordinary woman who inexplicably transcended the bounds of death and found her way home.
History has it that, in Gbodoti village in Niger state, a dead had turn to ghost then to human being and later return home where she spent another four years before her natural demise.
