This probe is a gross indictment on the APC government under Buhari as a corrupt sanctimonious hypocrite masquerading as a saint who repeatedly lied to the nation on subsidy removal and the Tinubu govt that has equally inherited the subsidy corruption saying "subsidy is gone" at the beginning only to wickedly continued same via the backdoor. APC has simply made Nigeria a criminal enterprise! 5 Likes |

2.7 trillion naira means there are very powerful forces involved and nothing will come out of the audit, this is just a fake shakedown. Just look at the way the aviation ministry multibillion naira fraud was silenced and you'll have an idea what's really going on in this country. If you want this thing to be seriously investigated, just attach Emefiele's babe anywhere on the document even if it's on the envelope then you'll see Jackie Chan action film ![]() |

God bless Asiwaju for this noble move to checkmate the stealing going on in the NNPCL. The organization is a cesspit of Corruption, this stealing called Subsidy is one of the many reasons why the Refineries will never work. Some days ago,I read in an interview where management of Dangote Refinery claimed they had released 25 million litres of Diesel for the last two months in Nigeria, this news should make every Nigerian suspicious of the crazy figures NNPCL releases for petrol consumption daily in Nigeria. If the whole of Nigeria can consume 25 million litres of Diesel in 2 months, then NNPCL figure of 25 million litres of Petrol daily consumption in Nigeria is the biggest fraud ever committed in the history of this country. In closing,I hope Asiwaju imprisons all the criminals who have defrauded Nigeria in this subsidy racket whenever the audit report is turned in. God bless Nigeria |

I won't be surprised if the auditor general increased the amount above 2trillion Between KPMG and auditor general, who should be expected to do a better job? (Although these private auditors can be shady atimes, but you definitely can't compare it to government own) |

All this big big grammar followed by huge sums of monies. If they probe further, we'll discover that part of that money is currently in someone's personal account or has already taken shape as an exotic car or a palatable Mansion somewhere in Abuja. |
