HOW THE ILLEGITIMATE 1999 CONSTITUTION PUTS GUNS IN THE HANDS OF FULANI

Buhari the Fulani opened the eyes of those who want to see, how the illegitimate 1999 Constitution puts guns in the hands of Fulani.

First, who are the Fulani? They are Black Arabs originally from Yemen and the Arabian Peninsula (Google it). They carried out a genocide in Futa Jallon in the Guinea Highlands so began to claim that area as their own. What is CLEAR is that the Fulani are not indigenous to Nigeria and have NO ancestral land in Nigeria so have no Sovereignty in Nigeria unless they do to Nigerians what they did in Futa Jallon ie kill off the indigenous peoples leaving nobody to make any claims.

Second, since they have no ancestral land in Nigeria why do Fulani move freely in Nigeria? It is because the illegitimate 1999 Constitution is their ENTRY VISA. Fulani are immigrant settlers only, but through the 1999 Constitution they have been able to claim to be Nigerians. That is because the 1999 Constitution being a Forgery, has silenced the voice and desires of the indigenous Ethnic Nations who are the ONLY ones who can decide who can or cannot come/live on their ancestral lands. So, the 1999 Constitution allows the Black Arab Fulani to become "Nigerians". Fulani understand what the 1999 Constitution is for them. Buhari the Fulani opened the borders of Nigeria for Fulani from everywhere to flood in. Gov Bala Mohammed of Bauchi, a Fulani also openly said Fulani from anywhere can claim to be Nigerian.
The 1999 Constitution guarantees all who call themselves "Nigerian" the right to live in any part of Nigeria that they choose, so this allows the non-indigenous Fulani to roam everywhere as "Nigerians".

Third, why can Fulani carry AK-47 freely but not Nigerians? Again, Buhari the Fulani showed us how that is.

Arms, ammunition and explosives are in the 68-Item Exclusive List ie Second Schedule, Part 1 of the illegitimate 1999 Constitution. It means ONLY Central Government can authorise those who can carry guns. (So State governments cannot do so.) Anybody who does not have this authority to carry guns - it will be shoot them on sight. Those authorised to carry guns are Armed Forces, Police, Civil Defence, Immigration etc. So, why can Fulani carry AK-47 and they are not shot on sight? OBVIOUSLY someone authorised them!!! We can't keep on pretending we are babies who know nothing. Lt Gen T Y Danjuma already told us that government security services "collude" with the armed killers of Nigerians.

So now you know how those foreigners called Fulani are in your ancestral land, and now you also know how these Fulani can carry AK-47 but you can't. It's because the 1999 Constitution empowers them but stops you.

You can do your own Google research to remind yourself that Gov Bala Mohammed a Fulani said, "Nobody owns any forests; the forests are owned by Nigeria.”.
But the truth is that forests are owned by indigenous Ethnic Nations whose land the forests are on. The 1999 Constitution dispossesses indigenous peoples and Gov Bala knows it.

Gov Bala Mohammed the Fulani also said it's the right of Fulani "herdsmen" to carry guns to protect themselves. He is defending his people with false narratives because it is the Fulani "herdsmen" who go about causing trouble for Nigerians by TRESPASSING on working farms and STEALING/DESTROYING the crops and farm structures. But Gov Bala Mohammed the Fulani can say whatever he likes since the 1999 Constitution is his Entry Visa to be in Nigeria in the first place to open his mouth.

Sheikh Abubakar Gumi is another Fulani who knows the 1999 Constitution empowers his people and who defends the atrocities of the Fulani.

There are many articles by Nigerian and foreign observers that state that government looks the other way while armed Fulani kill Nigerians. Survivors of Fulani raids say the same. That is because the 1999 Constitution decides who can freely carry guns and Fulani have been allowed to do so.

It is so clear to see that the 1999 Constitution puts guns in the hands of Fulani.

The major tribes sit down, and are blaming a paper document.

Who will implement the constitution if not human beings, of which the majority tribes are more in Nigeria.

How can we have a situation were " indigenous " soldiers and police are willing to kill their own people and go against their indigenous land to support a paper document.

It's the majority tribes that upholds the Nigerian 1999 constitution, therefore the majority tribes should have themselves to blame.

The Fulani knows these majority tribes are stupid dull people, therefore they are taking advantage

And why do you think the Igbos fought war for 3 and 1/2 years to leave Nigeria or why do you think the Igbos are against the Fulanis and the Nigeria military?

Why do you also see that the south east is most likely the most militarized region in Nigeria?

The Igbos know all of these and have made different attempts to correct it but when you have betrayers, saboteurs and haters sharing country with you then the story might just be different but it is changing already, only a matter of time...

When you make a post carrying weighty allegations, be prepared to suffuse it with verifiable proofs that back up your broad claims.

There are well read people here who expect you to have done your research before making such a post. Needless sensationalism makes you look like a fool. And i say this as someone who is equally offended by the activities of the fulani as you make yourself appear to be.

Nothing you have written above has any basis in objective reality. Your puerile delusions doesn't count as facts.

God bless you bro u have said it all the UN gives indigenous people rights for self defense against annihilation but it's unfortunate many indigenous tribes in nigeria feel helpless and weak to defend themselves they even foolishly condemn those who have the courage to do so.

The Nigerian constitution is a sympthom....a consequence of the larger initial problem, and not necessarily the problem itself!
Re: HOW THE ILLEGITIMATE 1999 CONSTITUTION PUTS GUNS IN THE HANDS OF FULANI by Esama: 10:45am On Jun 22
You are misinterpret the constitution. Although the constitution give right to hunters and farmers to possess a local made gun and it must be licensed. Also fulani herdsmen also see themselves as a farmer from there they started acquiring gun and truly some fulani are into farming so they will need gun also to protect their cows from wild animal's

But as time goes on our farmers who are majority are vigilante started upgrade their gun from local gun to foreign made gun .And fulani herdsmen follow their footstep by upgrading their own to a sophisticated weapon.

Also another claim that stated fulani don't have ancestral land in Nigeria that's false claim and such claims cannot stand anywhere...Anyway this claim has always been on southern Nigeria lips particularly igbos people I haven't see any prominent northern making such statement.

The most important people in the north today are Fulanis. Start from Abubakar Atiku ,sultan of sokoto lamido Sanusi and more. Even Babangida that we all know isn't a fulani will never come openly say he is not a fulani.

My own submission is that if we have tired of each other this country should divided and politicians we never support the motives of divide that is why I'm calling the president to release Nnamdi kanu the man did nothing wrong he was only fighting for the freedom of his people.

[3] Over a 35 year period, we gradually migrate back to the 1957/58 revenue sharing formula agreed by our founding fathers at the Lancaster House Conferences in London under which the federating units will control all the resources within their domains and remit 50% to the centre

[4] Our federating units will keep 50% of all the revenue that they generate, put a further 20% into a central pot called the Excess Federation Account to which everyone can have access as the need arises, 10% will go into a geo-political zone account and the remaining 20% will go to into the Federation Account used to run the federal government

[5] With regards to all other resources, we shall move towards this immediately but in the case of oil and gas, the move will have to be gradual due to how dependent we have become on these two resources. [7] Any state that fails to generate as much revenue as it spends for two consecutive years as from 2020, will be subject to an immediate declaration of a state of emergency. It shall be administered centrally by the federal government until its books are balanced

[8] Every state must seek to generate at least 30% of its internal revenue from manufacturing and services, with a migration away from primary products to value added production

[9] Every state is free to create more local governments provided they meet the necessary criteria which includes holding a referendum and the fact that the local government area is self-sustaining. To be recognised as a local government area, basic facilities that must exist within the domain include 20 primary schools, five secondary schools, a local government headquarters, at least one vocational training college and at least one public health centre

[10] All local and state governments will as a matter of course award supply contracts to companies that manufacture products within Nigeria. Only as a last resort will companies that manufacture products abroad be granted government contracts.

Don't twist history. Igbos, of which I'm one of, are the party noted to have worked with politicians of Fulani descent in deals that were perhaps 'enforced' by the British up till post-independence. After the civil war, an Igbo worked with Shehu Shagari as Vice President. Igbos served in the administration of Yaradua, a top Fulani in the year 2007-2010. Buhari was the only Fulani noted to have a distance from Igbos when elected.

No wonder you are always bitter about anything Nigeria.

I have come here to search some of your posts...so, my comment here may not necessarily be about this thread.

Irrespective of how good or positive any actions of government agencies or private organisations is, so far it's for the betterment of a Country called Nigeria, you will always find a way to cast aspersions on it.

I can now see it's all about Biafra.

Anyways, seeking self determination is not a crime, doing it with all sense of social responsibilities is very important.

Stop the hate on good government policies..not everything is bad.

The Igbos started the civil war because they too wanted to take the lands of the Niger Delta from the people that own the Niger Delta. So the Igbos too are no better.

"before Ojuku declared the
republic of biafra in may 1967
Isaac Adaka Boro an Ijaw man had declared the
Niger delta republic in february 1966.
Boro had formed the niger delta
volunteer force an armed militia with
members consisting mainly of his fellow
ethnic group declared the niger delta
republic on february 23 1966 and fought
nigeria's federal forces for 12 days but
they were eventually defeated and then
jailed by the Ironsi federal
military government [and Ojuku eastern governor] for treason"

But it was Gowon from Kanke Local Government Area in Plateau State that later set Boro free and Boro later became a major in the Nigeria army and helped to tame the Biafra army.
