In a landmark decision, the United States Supreme Court has ruled that individuals under restraining orders for suspected domestic violence do not have a right to own firearms. The 8-1 decision reaffirms a federal law enacted 30 years ago that prohibits those with restraining orders related to domestic abuse from possessing guns. Click here to read full story
