I see men celebrate whenever a woman is announced as a leader in any organisation or establishment. This is the result of the demasculinisation and feminisation of men through long-term spiritual, psychological and social manipulations, which feminist groups have openly admitted orchestrating.

Men should learn to draw the line between respecting women and surrendering authority to women. They have made men believe that women empowerment is a way of respecting and caring for women. Men can respect and care for women without surrendering their power and authority to them.

Leadership qualification is not gender-based, except in marriage and in some religious gatherings. Even in marriage and those religious circles, any leadership that does not consider and consult the female gender does not progress.

In politics and in workplaces, true leadership is built on qualifications irrespective of gender.
