Despite the marginalization, Igbo states are much more urbanized than all the other parts ofnth country put together.

We thank God.

This is outsiders saying this ooo.

Outside organizations don’t care about tribe. They report what they see in the data.

I can see Anambra, Imo and Abia fused together getting merged to Rivers and Akwa Ibom. The urbanization in Enugu is bigger than that in Oyo and Ogun. Ebonyi beats Maiduguri and Kano, seems like nobody lives in Niger, Zamfara, Yobe and Ekiti.

I read all these from the map.

Continue to deceive yourself.

Urbanisation refers to the process by which people migrate from rural areas to cities and towns, resulting in the growth and expansion of urban areas.

That's your own definition of urbanization map?

My own definition is the current concentration of urbanization in a given geographical area at any point.

Note, it has nothing to do with a who moved and from where.

It’s easy to lie with an image and come up with fake stats

Just a teledensity stat of Nigeria which is an infallible data from the NCC will expose your lie

Lagos, Ogun, Kano, Oyo, and the Federal Capital Territory were the top five states with mobile Internet subscriptions in Nigeria in 2022.

Collectively, the five states accounted for 33.52 per cent (51.90 million) of the total number of mobile subscriptions (154.85 million) in the country in 2022, according to data from the National Bureau of Statistics.

Internet subscriptions in a thread of urbanization map? My friend, people can stay in slums like Ajegunle and Ibadan and still subscribe to the internet while living under leaking roofs grin

Abia is also doing well.

Apart from Lagos, that region is in darkness, that's why people they are desperately clinging to Lagos even when the real owners have told them they don't want to be in the SW.

This is from NASA can someone with a very good analytical skills check the axis of Onitsha, ihiala, mgbidi, orlu down to mbaitoli and owerri

This is the next megapolis or urban cornubation that will birth a real mega city. I wish Anambra, imo and possibly Abia , could come together to join hands and plan the next Tokyo out of this with common power, water, data,

Possibly a 10 lane highway or monorail or railway can go from Asaba via onitsha, nnewi, orlu ,owerri down to Aba and perhaps to port Harcourt

Someone should bookmark this forecast, it will happen aoon
