Op you tried very well but you forgot the most important thing that the minister should do which is making sure that Sim fubara is removed from Rivers state as the governor.
Number two , the minister should relocate back to Rivers state to have his eyes fully focused on whom ever he will use to replace fubara. Then his mind Will be settled enough to see the problem of Abuja.
