I have families who have houses and i hate agents too so i help them post on Naira land. The last guy i helped getting a place was so pleased with my attitude. i call him and send him texts and even drove him to the location with him fueling my car like most agents do. i even pleaded with the owner of the house to collect 1 year instead of the 2 years he wants to collect and i have never met the last guy before until the day i took to the house.
