If the economy is good and better and the government provides a conducive environment for bussinesses to thrive and excel... women will not need empowerment or grant... women would go into economic activities and bussinesses and thrive and excel...without waiting for government to empower them and this will stop all this loans federal government is collecting from wold bank in which this loans are misappropriated, embezzle and looted by this politicians and government officials and the women does not benefit from this loans because of looting and corruption
