Dear Esteemed Realtors,

It has come to our attention that there has been a disturbing increase in the activities of organ harvesters across our country.

Their modus operandi is alarmingly simple yet sinister: they contact realtors under the pretense of wanting to view a property, offering to pick you up from your location and pay you an inspection fee.

Under the guise of legitimate business dealings, unsuspecting realtors may be lured into their vehicles. Once inside, these criminals can easily overpower and neutralize you, turning you into victims for organ harvesting.

Tragically, the value of a human life has been reduced to a mere transaction, with organ harvesters reportedly offering between 8 million to 10 million Naira for a whole human being.

We have also received reports that some organ harvesters have infiltrated real estate groups, making these offers seem even more credible. They entice realtors with promises of a 20,000 Naira inspection fee, only to lead them to their demise.

We urge all realtors to exercise extreme caution when dealing with new clients. Here are some safety tips to protect yourself:

1. *Verify New Clients:* Always verify the identity and legitimacy of new clients. If possible, conduct initial meetings in public places or at your office.

2. *Avoid Rides:* Do not accept rides from clients, regardless of the offered payment. Arrange your own transportation to and from property viewings.

3. *Inform Others:* Always inform a colleague, friend, or family member of your whereabouts and the details of your appointments. Share with someone your WhatsApp live location in case of emergency.

4. *Trust Your Instincts:* If something feels off, trust your instincts and remove yourself from the situation immediately.

Your safety is paramount. Please share this message with your networks and remain vigilant.

Thank you very much for your attention. Stay blessed, God bless your hustle 🙏🏽

Regards,
Premier Kanmie Realtors
