Morbeta11: Nigeria will not because of cows and cattles establish a ministry to satisfy parochialism and primitivity. Cow rearing is a personal business like an other agric business without any national colouration. So if you want to do cow business , go get your own land anywhere in the country and graze within it. Moreso, if irrigation can be used to grow plants in the north , what stops the same irrigation from growing grasses to feed the cattles without having to destroy farms and farmers effort and set the whole country in the path of hunger and inflation on the long run. |
