The Anambra State Panel of Inquiry, led by Engr Sir Victor Meju, has commenced public hearings into the collapse of the DMGS Centenary building. The first day featured testimonies from Engr Dr Chris Oyeka, a structural engineer, who addressed questions on approval documents, technical issues, and potential causes of the collapse.
