What is the cost of one of those tires? For the specify 315/80/R22 a quick check shows it cost about N2000000 Per one (none bulletproof).
If we have the idea of bulletproof tire cost, we will be able to verify the amount of waste involved.

They keep saying there is no money, they keep asking Nigerians to persevere but they will never do the same.

The day is coming even the bandits, the ipob.s, the bokoharam, and the herdsmen will join the youths massive protest that would revolutionize Nigeria onto the right path. We must tell these recycled old politicians that our various governmental institutions are not retirement homes for incompetent old septuagenarians...

Though we have been patient and have been patient enough but when we move, WE MOVE!!!

The fire is coming and it will consume!
