Here the people that have been entrusted with the nations wealth use it for themselves alone,,,

They already have a clinic but want to build a world class medical facility. They will always look for ways of embezzling money. The clinic is not enough for them, they want a high grade hospital.
Funnily after they finish building the hospital, they will still jet out for medical tourism.
They will never talk how to lift the poor in the society out of the mess. Their priority is to themselves.

Do you prefer a situation where all of them travel out for healthcare? This is a good move if only they will agree that they must use the hospital and not travel out for healthcare.

The way some of you reason some time it baffles me, if this grey matter is in your brain at all. Since this dispensation, I have not heard that the whole assembly members are sick and they have all gone for treatment and I don't think it has ever happened all over the world.
Many at times, if not all the times, some members don't even join in the planary. That's why you see scanty seats many at times during sittings. So, it's not possible that they whole members should be sick same time and flown abroad for treatment.
Again, did you read that the National Assembly have a clinic already but they want to just build a world class medical facility to meet up with their demand and not because they don't have one exist. Just read to the underneath why they want to build it.
Meanwhile, to your last line. If all of them gather before you and tell you that after the medical facility is built, they will joyful use it rather than travelling for medical, will you believe? Even for an ordinary headache, some of them, let me same many of them won't use it. Go and write that one down.

The last contribution, of what essence is prioritizing their welfare before the welfare of the downtrodden in the society. The downtrodden in the society are gasping for relief and breathe. I think the programmes that will ease their pains should be their priority for now and not how to build world class hospital for National Assembly when they already have a clinic. Why are you always looking for scape goat? Always scared to say the truth. What can the opposite do in an assembly populated by ojelus. Those that raised issues before, what become of them later. Ben Bruce and Saraki were the first to talk about senate salary cut. Were they not silent. Ali Ndume tried it, he was silent and slammed with suspension. Ezenwa Francis Onyewuchi almost got an axe but he was able to maneuver his own. Abdul Ningi was suspended. That senate chamber has become a cult group that you cannot talk beyond what they ask you to say.
Until the citizens revolt, we will continue like this while the ordinary suffer to no end.

Nigeria politicians are more wicked than Satan.

A very good idea BUT it would have been better if the proposal was to Establish Such Hospital in all the Senatorial DISTRICTS of the States and the one for Abuja be shared with the Abuja electorates who elected them into office.
