Somebody should please help me with information on Canada study visa fee payments platform.

I paid someone to help me complete a study visa application. All information has been successfully uploaded and his task is to pay with his dollar card. He has been telling me that the server has been down since a week now.

Could someone help me with recent information on the payment platform?

Is anyone else experiencing this delay in payment?

Somebody should please come to my rescue. This is very urgent.
