Content creators in Nigeria are now able to generate income from ad revenue, as Meta has followed through on its commitment to enable monetization in the country. In May, Meta pledged to allow Facebook monetization in Nigeria, and it has now fulfilled that promise.

To find out if your Page is eligible:
Go to Meta Business Suite on desktop.
On the left, click the Monetization tab to see an overview of your status and Page eligibility.
Select the Page you want to check in the top-left dropdown menu.
