I hope the cattle are safe and sound.

This bridge has a height barrier for the over head bridge, this barrier has never lasted a week before a truck runs into it. I live in the bypass and use that bridge at least twice weekly. That barrier has been repaired uncountable times but you will see trailers on the bridge once the barrier is down.

What kills Nigerian roads, it's simple, illegal axle weight. Most of the trailers don't follow inexistent regulations. So govt, truck owners and drivers are culpable. Govt needs strict regulations.

Some of these drivers really need mental check up.
This bridge has a barrier, trailers don't climb it for any reason.
Driver must have been high or on top speed to have such an accident.

Reform? Trucks in other worlds undergo yearly checks for road worthiness. Nobody dares compromise the checks. Anyone found compromising the checks is thrown behind bars.
