A simple google search shows Laralek ultimate limited is a construction company based in Lagos.

My question is, why is a construction company tasked with the responsibility of buying car tires?
..a simple thoughts will also tell anyone that the company itself is an avenue Set up to siphon public funds..

..they have zero knowledge of anything that has to do with construction.. grin grin

..all na format..This is the bullion van era..the more you ask..the more they loot..

..nothing dey happen..
