There are too many ignorant people in Nigeria.
The Kaduna Refinery is meant to refine crude oil to petroleum products for the Northern parts of the country.

It is NOT the problem of South South people.


Three Refineries were established (2 in Rivers and 1 in Delta) in the South South ,close to the sources of crude oil, while another one was established to serve people in the far north of the country...it makes perfect sense.

Another as scam to siphon maintenance money.those refinery should be sold
