Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Executive Assistant to support our executive team. Requirements:
1. Proven at least 1 year experience as an executive assistant or similar role.
2. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
4. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
6. Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
7. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
8. Professionalism and ability to maintain composure under pressure.
9. Bachelor's degree required.
10. Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.
