My wife's Ugu (fluted pumpkin) farm is growing tiny leaves instead of the normal broad leave it is known for, inspite of the enough poultry droppings we have being applying to make it grow more broad leaves. Agronomist in the house what could be the cause and the possible solution?

Caused by the variety of ugwu that was planted.

I agree with this answer. It is most likely due to the specie of ugwu you planted, OP.
