Money from tax & from subsidies removal is going to IMF and the world Bank
One thing that we should know is that loan lender have ways of getting their money back without waiting for some years.
IMF and the world Bank from their terms and conditions, they directed the BAT APC FG on what to do for them to get their money back. IMF has gotten part of their money back from subsidies removal and from some of the taxes like in the power sector, while the world Bank has gotten part of its own money mostly from the high tax. These are one of the reasons why the BAT APC FG will struggle to appreciate the value of the naira to dollars for N1300-$1 and they're also likely not find it easy to continue the Calabar-Lagos coastal high way project.
The buhari APC FG was even more intelligent to avoid the IMF and the world Bank. Most of their loan was from loan lender in China. Loan lender from China don't give you terms and conditions that cause pain to the affected country, but they expect you to pay them their money back after some months or years
