That's what they are known for, after voting in a failure they will resort to extorting from the poor masses just to quench their hunger.

I'm sure they didn't even put the stones there, but they just claim it.

That's how I had a flat tyre one time and went to ask some guys drinking where the vulcanizer is.

One miscreant seeing 1000 naira in my hand grabbed me and was saying I should release the money and buy them drinks, that this is his area. I just thank God I have muscles (Gym Bro). The way I yanked my hand away, the guy had to think twice, but he was still loud and threatening me as I was walking away.

So, imagine you have a problem, instead of someone to be a good Samaritan, or just a Samaritan, you instead choose to be devils advocate and add to someone's problem. God forbid them.

Their actions are inspired by the drug lord who views taxing citizens as the only approach to revenue generation

You can imagine. You're likely to be in trouble in Lagos if your car malfunctions than get help from bystanders.

Most Nigerians are opportunistic, hypocritical and dubious. 98% of Nigerians fall into one or more of these categories.
