This applies to all Nigerians who are really crazy about titles you know one person addressing himself as Dr. Pastor. Engr. Chief Babatunde Frederick. But what I'm more concerned about is when a woman is addressed as Dr. (Mrs), I think one title is ok. For a professional it should be Dr. Petra while as a PhD title it should simply Mrs. Petra, PhD. What do u think? May be I'm wrong

Call anyone what he/she wishes to be called. You dramatically increase the chances that you or your points will be better received.
In a private setting (ie you are not writing or formally addressing them), you can call them whatever you want. It is that simple.
