Job roles:
Spa Manager
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily spa operations, manage staff, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate schedules, appointment bookings, and manage changes to ensure smooth operations and optimal client service.
Prepare detailed reports on spa performance, including financial data, client feedback, and staff performance.

Requirements:
HND/B.Sc in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficient in MS Office Suite
Minimum of 5 years experience in spa, wellness, or hospitality industry.


Receptionist
Responsibilities:
Schedule and confirm appointments for clients using the spa management software.
Address and resolve client complaints or issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements:
HND/B.Sc in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficient in MS Office Suite
Proficient in Fresha or related software
Minimum of 3 years experience in the spa industry.

Social Media Handler
Responsibilities:
Manage the spa’s presence on various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
Promote spa events, workshops, and special promotions through social media channels.
Develop engaging and high-quality content, to promote the spa’s services and products.

Requirements:
HND/B.Sc in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proven experience in social media management, preferably in the spa, wellness, or beauty industry.

Nail Technician
Responsibilities:
Recommend suitable nail treatments and designs based on client preferences and nail condition.
Perform nail art, gel polish applications, and other specialized nail treatments as requested by clients.
Requirements:
Completion of a nail technician or cosmetology program from an accredited school.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Previous experience working as a nail technician in a spa, salon, or similar setting is preferred.
Proficiency in a wide range of nail care techniques, including manicures, pedicures, nail art, and gel applications.
