You need to revamp your inner streets with covered drains and sidewalks. You must do this to become a truly modern city comparable to the world’s top metropolitan cities. I don’t know where we got this idea that having open gutters and no sidewalks on our streets is acceptable. It isn’t. 2 Likes |
