So true... Nigeria is undeniably a catastrophic failure under Tinubu.
We have become and continue to be the prime example of what a country SHOULD NOT BE!

The tragedy in all this is the zombies who defend out of satanic tribalism ..

Protest for better governance will never be fruitful in Nigeria because of religion and ethnicity.

The northerners were silent during the #Endsars protest because their son was the president. Now, the Yorubas will see any Yoruba man protesting or criticizing Tinubu as a bastard.

Nigerians got wiser..
Just like 15 January, 1966 coup that turned to ruthless killing of other ethnic groups leaders by mostly Igbo soldiers except their own leaders, a repeat of EndSars that was hijacked to attack political leaders in South West will never happen again.

If protest dey hungry you, travel go Kenya make dem tear gas you or go to your home state and protest there.

I think protests can work in Nigeria only against a president from the southest or southsouth because these are the regions that the country is leeching on. Jonathan's presidency was an example. Obi's presidency would have faced the same, not due to incompetence by out of spite. The reason is simple. Nigeria is a country held together by greed for oil and the regions that are parasitic feel an existentil threat whenever someone from the regions they're feeding fat on gets close to power. I wonder why most Nigerians have not realized this or rather pretend that they do not know the real reason for the gangup against Jonathan's presidency and the schemining out of Obi. Nigeria is a country united by parasitism just to serve the interest of Britain. When you understnd this, you'd be left in no doubt why a Buhari or Tinubu could become a president.

When it comes to the subject of corruption and incompetence, let's not forget the mess that PDP left behind and the fact that they are now conveniently trying to play the victim.

As a citizen who believes in Tinubu's ability as a president, I trust that he will use his experience and leadership skills to steer Nigeria towards progress and development, despite the challenges inherited from the past 16 years of wasteful PDP rule.

I don't understand you.

Yoruba is just one tribe out of over 300 in Nigeria.

A major group though but definitely less than 20% of the entire population.

Let us assume all Yoruba people are supporting their own like you said, what stops the remaining 80% from protesting?

And igbos too will be silent if their son was president.
It is the Nigerian reality and the sooner we accept it the better so we can explore this factors for positive uses. I ask is it wrong to love your tribe?
No
What is wrong is loving another tribe more than yours

Someone said the Nigerian politicians are the luckiest set of criminals in the world. very true. They don't even have to defend themselves, the tribes would defend them. Buhari knew that so well, that no matter what he does he has his army of sai babarians behind him. Tinubu knew this so well too.. no matter what he does, the ronus stand firm behind. This is why they don't really care about you..

This is why the worst of us lead the best of us.. Yesterday I saw an Eze and a Bukayo Saka playing for England first senior team. Now you wonder why those advanced worlds progress, That's because they have risen above the petty sentiments of ethnicity and tribalism that have taken nobody anywhere. To Them, it's about the best hands first. Doesn't matter where you are from. In our part of the world, people want the National team to reflect Federal Character 🤦🏽‍♂️

You said it all. I have nothing to add. I have tried to reach out to His excellency Peter Obi to advise him to shelf his ambition of ruling a country as divided and tribalizd like Nigeria of today. God helped him to dodge bullets. Even Tinubu will be booted out eventually.
I remember how Jonathan concentrated his effort in building almajiri schools in hundreds and other things to bring the north out of poor academic background. It was his undoing. The South West was used to pull him down. The most shaming protest against Jonathan was led by the west. Even the hitherto apolitical and very well respected religious leaders and academia joined in the street to pull him down.
Today they have been used to pull down the economy because they thought they were pulling Jonathan down.
The north that installed BAT do not know how to remove him because, South South are not keen, Igbos are unconcerned, Yorubas won't do it. That is why they are trying to Cook something in daura but they too cannot do it alone. What may eventually finish Tinubu is the spontaneous reaction to the hunger in the land . It will lead to looting and all wortnot
