the reason why the tradition began was to motivate other people to come out and give the couples money or the musicians money.

Before the show, there is an agreement on how much each person will spray the artists which must be refunded. You see them spraying musicians huge money, but the money must be returned at the end of the show.

I have emphasized on that a lot and I usually correct that bad notion whenever I have the opportunity. Another one is announcing the amount of gifts and donations, THE CHURCH OWN, OOOH, CLAP FOR HIM, HE DONATED 2MILLION ETC., NA THAT ONE DEY VEX ME PASS. What about the ones that use paparazzi and document their generosity?.

Gift is something between the giver and the receiver and doesn't require public attention or show off.

All these were trashed by Jesus Christ and documented, but as usual, Christians and Pastors discard areas like this because, of selfish reasons, hence the reason we see this BAD practices in churches, VERY SHAMEFUL!.

Those men are in showbiz in show business you need to Show workings... they also move in cliques, groups and association.

As a member of any of their association you're obligated to do these things so it can also be done in your own events.

Trust me if it wasn't paying them 10 times more after that showoff, they won't be doing it as no one likes throwing their hard earned money away
